Palm kernel Oil

Palm kernel oil is an edible plant oil derived from the kernel (seed) of the oil palm tree (Elaeis guineensis). It is distinct from palm oil, which is extracted from the fruit's flesh. Palm kernel oil is semi-solid at room temperature and is more saturated than palm oil, sharing similarities with coconut oil.
